    Apply the oil twice a week for optimal results.

    Male : 10 - 15 ml | Female : 20 - 25 ml ( you can adjust according to the length and thickness of your hair )

    Gently massage the oil into your hair and scalp for 15 minutes.

    Leave the oil in your hair for 2-4 hours before washing.

    Washing
